Agreement to Terms
By installing or using Translate Pro (the "Add-on"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Add-on.
These Terms govern your access to and use of Translate Pro, developed and maintained by Archeos ("we," "us," or "our").
Description of Service
Translate Pro is a Workspace Add-on that provides document translation capabilities within Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Forms. The Add-on is designed for educational environments and is intended to help teachers, students, and educational institutions communicate across language barriers.
Eligibility
- •You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Add-on.
- •If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
- •You must have a valid Workspace account to install and use the Add-on.
- •Use by children under 13 is strictly prohibited.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Add-on only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- •Use the Add-on to translate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
- •Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Add-on.
- •Use the Add-on in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
- •Use the Add-on to infringe upon any intellectual property rights of others.
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Add-on.
Intellectual Property
The Add-on and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Archeos. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Your documents and content remain your own. We do not claim any ownership over content that you translate using the Add-on.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Add-on is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that translation output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. Translations are generated automatically and should be reviewed before use in critical contexts.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Archeos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Add-on, including but not limited to loss of data or translation errors.
Termination
- •We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the Add-on at any time without notice.
- •You may stop using the Add-on at any time by removing it from your Workspace account.
- •These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be reflected by the revised "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Add-on after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
